My clients are mostly 35 or older (but you can work with me from any age) and manage a range of old injuries and niggles. We can work around almost anything. Ideally, you do two 45-minute sessions a week working through resistance training and interval style cardio sessions to reach and maintain your optimum fitness.
There are no joining or monthly fees. You pay per session with no commitments past that. Sessions are $65 each, or you can share your session with a partner or friend to reduce the cost.
