Whilst I'm indisposed recovering from surgery, you will be able to continue PT sessions on your own. The rules are simple:
1. Come to train at the same time you normally do. You will receive a different reminder text to usual asking you if you are coming. Please reply yes or no so that I can make sure everything is switched on in the gym
2. If you want to train at a different time, you have an option. You can now log onto the booking system by clicking on the change your session button above and following the prompts to change the day and time yourself. Alternatively you can reply to your reminder text, or text me beforehand on 0414 331 629 to make the change. Providing no one else has the spot you want that will be fine.
3. The training session for you to do will be posted on the door. There are three sessions, all dumbbell sessions for safety. Ideally you should rotate through the three sessions. Most of you will know the weights you normally use, but feel free to text me on 0414 331 629 if you need help. The sessions are all 3 sets of each exercise with 30 seconds between sets and one minute between exercises. For those doing 'supersets' (two exercises at once) do both exercises, then take 30 seconds recovery and have one minute between supersets.
4. To use the TV for music, press the 'menu' button on the Apple TV remote attched to the side of the TV. This will automatically turn on the TV to the home page. Scroll to either Spotify or Tidal or Youtube and select the music you want. You can control the volume with the remote and please remember to put it back. Of course, you don't have to use the TV, you can workout in silence or use your phone.
5. Please leave the gym as you found it (it goes without saying really). Some of you have suggested that I should charge a fee, but obviously I'm doing it so that my clients don't go elsewhere during my recovery, so I also benefit from it so a fee is not necessary.
